i was promised 2 day delivery and i paid for it cost more that the cd it was shipped july 30 today is aug 3rd still waiting,the company said to bad.what promise never will i buy from this company again.dont be taken like me i needed for my work.if you need somthing order it early dont pay for extra shipping thats how companys make their money low ball you on the price of item make it up on the shipping come on $8.00. for shiping a cd and dont get when i needed.forget that.Professor Teaches Word, Excel, & PowerPoint 2007

I really like this product it is easy and clear to understand. It will help me in shoulding up my foundation of knowledge. I really like the test after each lesson. It starts at the beginning which helps me pick up some of the things I missed or forgot. I would buy something else like this to help with certifications.

This is a very good product and it's exactly what I wanted. Its so easy to learn with all the programs even if you have never had any Microsoft Office experience. Very good and I would recommend this to everyone.

Product was delivered, did not work. Vendor, without ANY problems sent a replacement disk. That disk did not work in my computer as well. Vendor handled situation in a speedy and professional manner without any hassles. Based upon actions of vendor, I would use them again.
